What Lens are you creating from?

 You are creating EVERY moment. 

The question is- where are you creating from?

There are limitless elements that play into creation- each one offering options, frequencies & wavelengths of infinite alchemies coming together. There is a beauty & dance within all of these elements- yet sometimes it's easy to get stuck operating from behind a singular scope or lens of creation.

Most of these singular lenses are created in the subconscious from experiences that fracture them off from the rest. Then it continues to operate from a fractured place, and in doing so- can only bring that same energy into anything it creates. And these creation energies are interconnected with E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G... It feeds into your creation/relationship with yourself, others, your work, your desires, the world, the Universe and beyond..

By bringing awareness into the lens through which you're operating & creating from in the moment, it begins opening the portals of communication & infinite creation channels of you.  

  As a human, each facet of you contains multiverses... your body, your mind, your emotions & your spirit. Constantly connecting, emitting, dancing, weaving & flowing frequencies with one another.  When they operate from a just a singular existence, the communication and creation energy becomes fractured and distorted.

Some examples:

When the body communicates through pain -->> if it's ignored or pushed away this creates from a place of mistrust with the body 

When the mind only looks through the lens of logic & reason -->> any other possibilities of unknown or magick go out the window... 

 Emotions & feelings are there for a reason -- >> but if the relationship to your emotions haven’t been nourished >> you can create from emotional wounding vs emotional wisdom.

 Your Spirit carries your connection Essence to Wholeness  -->> but if the spirit has left the body out of survival & tries creating from that place, it can leave you trying to bypass the creations happening through your physical, mental, emotional bodies.

So something to play, experiment, explore with at any moment in life.. ask,

"What lens am I creating through?"

Within you, is the energy to create worlds.
